Power of One Fitness wants to help you make a positive change in your health and wellbeing. We've listed some common questions here but to discuss your requirements, get in touch to talk through your goals with David.

Where do your personal training sessions take place?
We have our own studio based in Waltham St. Lawrence, but we can also run sessions at your home if you're based in Maidenhead, Twyford, Windsor or the surrounding areas. Additionally we have an online fitness app where we can serve you a tailored programme via your mobile or tablet, so it doesn't matter where you are as long as you have an internet connection.

How do I know if I'm ready for personal training?
If you're here, you're ready.  There is no such thing as a perfect time to start, just a time
 to start and that time should be now - why wait?


What fitness level do I need to be at to engage you?
There are no expectations. We work with professional athletes to those people who for personal or medical reasons just want to achieve a healthier lifestyle.  Get in touch and we'll discuss your situation and tell you more but this is all about you.


What is my commitment?
Once we've established a training programme, your commitment is to yourself. We will book in the sessions in advance and agree the fee for that so from there it's all about you, hitting your goals and improving your life. We encourage all clients to be open and honest at all times and we'll keep you updated with the progress based on the measurements and stats we record.
