Whether you are a seasoned runner or new to the sport, Power of One Fitness can help. We have trained people who have never run before to seasoned marathon runners and triathletes. Through a specifically tailored programme we will help you improve your leg strength, power, and speed. We will also look at your step pattern and work with you to improve the efficiency of your running style.

ACHIEVE GREATER DISTANCE AND PACE


Running can be intuitive to many people, and extremely difficult for others. Either way, Power of One Fitness can help you improve how you run to maximise the distance you can run and increase your pace. We will tailor your programme depending on your target distance and current ability, making running accessible for everyone. This will involve resistance training, interval training and running coaching.

MAKE A GOAL


We will look at what you want to achieve and why to focus in on a goal. Knowing why you are making a change will make it much easier to create your programme and more effective to implement. There may be a series of goals that extend over a number of weeks or just one - it is entirely personalised.

CREATE PROGRAMME


Looking at your goal, we will create a programme which will help you achieve results at a level you are comfortable with. This will include exercises to do outside of our training sessions, nutrition guidance, and be in accordance with specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and time framed goals.

ON-GOING SUPPORT


To make sure your training regime is as effective as possible, you will be provided with nutrition guidance, as well as finding out the best ways to motivate you and reward results. We will monitor the improvements in your body to give you the confidence to continue - the tape measure doesn't lie!
