Power of One Fitness offer a range of group training options, from boot camps to small group personal training sessions for couples, friends or families. The sessions are designed to challenge and stimulate the participants. These training sessions can take place in the Power of One Fitness studio gym or at alternative locations.

Group exercise can be beneficial in many ways: it can make you feel more at ease, make it more fun, stimulate your mind, and encourage your sense of competitiveness. Using the people around you to push your own progress can be extremely helpful for some people, and can also be a great social occasion and a way to bond with the people you are exercising with. 

GROUP TRAINING OPTIONS


BOOT CAMPS


Power of One Fitness can run boot camps, indoors or outdoors, to help groups achieve their fitness goals. These can run using just your own body weight, or use a variety of equipment to further the health and fitness goals of the group.

SMALL GROUPS


The Power of One Fitness studio gym is large enough to run small group classes of up to four people. It is fully equipped with a range of equipment to suit all ages and abilities. If you would prefer to have small group sessions in a location of your choice, then Power of One Fitness can accommodate you. Whether you are a group of friends, work colleagues or a family who would like to improve your health and fitness, Power of One Fitness can help.

COUPLES


“Couples who train together, remain together.” That’s what the popular Internet memes tell us. Power of One Fitness is used to working with couples who might have different health and fitness goals, but would like to train together. Tailored exercise programmes allow couples to complete different regimes at the same time under the supervision of an experienced coach.
