Power of One Fitness will assess your current dietary habits and requirements and help you understand what is best to eat for achieving your goals. David at Power of One Fitness is a qualified nutrition coach, and prefers to work with clients, helping them make informed choices about what they eat, when they eat and how much is consumed. This is in contrast to many nutrition programmes where clients are dictated to and directed what and when to eat.

BUILD HEALTHY HABITS


David believes that it is important for clients to build healthy habits and make informed lifestyle choices about their food. This is a sustainable approach to nutrition, and is not about following a diet with a set end point. Instead clients are able to use what they have learned from David and make sensible decisions about how their nutrition can help them be healthier, fitter and stronger with increased energy.
