Whatever the situation, the Power of One Fitness online programme can provide a solution, allowing a route to full health and fitness and improved performance.

Online training is a new and exciting way to offer life changing, transformative, fitness coaching to clients. It can be utilized by anyone, anywhere, offering convenience, responsiveness, flexibility, and affordability.

Your programme will be designed purely with you in mind - a bespoke series of training sessions created for you, based on your needs, your movement patterns and your consultation. 

You can access your programme from your computer, or using the integrated app (Apple or Android compatible) on your phone or tablet. You will have your own profile with stats that are tracked, monitored and a programme that is adjusted accordingly.

A consultation form must be completed before we can start your journey to improved health and well-being. Completing this form honestly will allow you to gain most from the programme that will created individually for you based on your answers.

A series of completely bespoke online sessions, based on and created to suit your needs. These are programmed into your own personalised training app for just £5 per session (if you work out four times a week). Pick up your workouts on your phone or tablet.

12 WEEKS, 1 IN PERSON SESSION
Have an initial in-person session with your personal trainer at the studio to assess your strength and movement patterns, and to discuss any issues you may have. The rest of your bespoke and individual workouts are programmed into own training app. Pick up your workouts on your phone or tablet.
