With the big day approaching you can get caught up in the process of your wedding. This is understandable, and entirely natural. Your wedding is a big event. However, with the specific goal orientated training used by Power of One Fitness, you can have confidence that you will look your best as you exchange vows. Whether it is through exercise or nutrition, Power of One Fitness will help you achieve your goals.

MAKE A GOAL


We will look at what you want to achieve and why to focus in on a goal. Knowing why you are making a change will make it much easier to create your programme and more effective to implement. There may be a series of goals that extend over a number of weeks or just one - it is entirely personalised.

CREATE PROGRAMME


Looking at your goal, we will create a programme which will help you achieve results at a level you are comfortable with. This will include exercises to do outside of our training sessions, nutrition guidance, and be in accordance with specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and time framed goals.

ON-GOING SUPPORT


To make sure your training regime is as effective as possible, you will be provided with nutrition guidance, as well as finding out the best ways to motivate you and reward results. We will monitor the improvements in your body to give you the confidence to continue - the tape measure doesn't lie!
